BioI'm making this blog to encourage others to stay strong and to keep myself on track. Also I want to pose an alternative to others rather than not eating at all. This blog will show my attempt at, not recovery, but a step towards being healthier. I will share my tips and tricks as well as my thinspo's. I will also post a daily food/exercise/activity log and daily thoughts. I will also put a daily inspirational song/video. I am currently starting to try to follow the 2/4/6/8 diet. Although some people consider this anorexic, I consider this a step toward being healthier. So please BE SUPPORTIVE or LEAVE MY PAGE. THIS PAGE IS NOT TO ENCOURAGE ANOREXIA OR ANY ED!! It is designed to help those who are suffering become healthier. One day at a time, one step at a time. THIS IS NOT A RECOVERY PAGE!! If you have any questions to ask me I will be on here everyday.
